We were contacted by the Indian wing, based out of Mumbai.

The Challenge
High Net Worth Individual (HNI) wealth management demands a hands-on and high touch approach. This same level of service had to be reflected on JB’s digital offerings as well.
The reporting structure had to be modelled and laid out in a way, such that the path from reviewing portfolio level stats, to individual scrip level info would be smooth and intuitive.

The solution - A context aware framework
We began by optimizing the information architecture and reporting structure. This intense but necessary exercise provided a much-needed holistic view, as no prior documentation existed.
We conceptualized a context-aware framework to power a 'feedwall' of bite-sized stories. This innovative framework categorizes users based on business-relevant contexts instead of traditional demographics, delivering fresh stories related to clients' investments and interests with each login.

Addressing the interaction for navigating a multi-level hierarchy of assets and products (especially on mobile) presented a challenge, one we particularly enjoyed solving.
