  Flexible reporting: We utilize Google Sheets for status updates and tracking. We are also open to using your preferred project management tools.

• Productive Meetings:

  Preperation: We practice establishing an agenda prior to scheduling a meeting. for better preperation.

  Remote-first: Most meetings and workshops will be conducted virtually on platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.

  In-person flexibility: We are open to in-person meetings, especially for workshops, but these need to be discussed and scheduled well in advance.

• Design & Presentation Phase:

  We primarily use Figma to build low-fidelity to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to explore design concepts. We strongly advocate for establishing a design system that catalogs all unique visual components and page templates. This system enhances scalability and maintains design consistency throughout the project.
